The Wing Security rebrand became a chance to rebuild how the website worked.

The company was moving from SaaS security into AI-agent security. The client chose the WithWings name. We built everything around it: the positioning, visual identity, messaging, website, migration plan, and the way changes would ship after launch.

One mvpGrow point of contact now handles work that once crossed four specialists.

A new category story was trapped in an old publishing process.

WithWings needed to look and sound distinct in a cybersecurity market full of familiar visual codes and cautious language. It also needed to keep the search equity Wing Security had earned. The WordPress process made both jobs harder: even a small update could involve four specialists and wait two weeks.

01

The story had to connect product features to the decisions and risks CISOs care about.

02

Copy, design, SEO, and development sat in separate handoffs for routine website work.

03

Roughly 50 pages had to move while rankings, metadata, schema, and analytics history stayed intact.

We rebuilt the brand and the publishing workflow together.

We planned the brand and migration together. That gave us room to make bolder creative decisions while preserving the URLs, metadata, schema, analytics history, and rankings already doing useful work. It also gave the team a faster publishing model from the day the site launched.

01

Give CISOs the reason to care

We connected product capabilities to the risks, decisions, and business outcomes a CISO faces as AI agents enter the organization.

Use color where the category uses caution

A brighter palette, expressive visuals, and a less conventional security aesthetic gave WithWings a recognizable presence in a repetitive market.

03

Write with a point of view

The copy made the category problem concrete, showed how features create value, and spoke with more confidence than the usual cybersecurity language.

Build a site made for constant change

We replaced WordPress with a vibe-coded, server-rendered Next.js website. Claude Code, GitHub, and Vercel previews made each change visible and testable before production.

Move 50 pages without losing history

We preserved metadata, schema, and analytics; mapped every changed URL; and QAed the 301 redirects on staging before launch.

Give one owner the whole system

One mvpGrow point of contact can now carry a change from brief to production. Kollate keeps the project knowledge consistent across our team and the client, even when people change.
